El DRD Summer Grand Prix llega este verano gracias al esfuerzo del Departamento de Recreación y Deportes de Puerto Rico y el apoyo de la Puerto Rico Pickleball Association, reuniendo a los mejores jóvenes talentos del pickleball en un evento lleno de energía, competencia y diversión.

Durante dos días, jugadores de distintas categorías juveniles competirán en un ambiente familiar y deportivo que continúa impulsando el crecimiento del pickleball en Puerto Rico.

Biggest Pickleball Tournament in the Caribbean

La Pregunta Events invites you to the 4th edition of the largest pickleball event in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, featuring over $25,000 in prizes.

Schedule:

Thursday – Juniors Doubles and 40+ Doubles

Friday – Singles

Saturday – Men and Women Doubles 

Sunday – Mixed Doubles

All the finals will be play the same day. Categories with more than 4 pools will have quaterfinals.

• T-shirt
• 3 matches (guaranteed)
• Fruits | water
• Goodie bag

PRIZES:

• M/ W/ MX Doubles and Singles prizes (60% MONEY AND 40% MERCHANDISE AND VOUCHERS).
• Open categories prizes are cash
• Each category need to has more than 5 players in singles and 5  pair in doubles to be celebrate

Prices

2.5 to 4.5 categories:

$90 – 1st category per person

$80 – 2nd category per person

$70 – 3rd category per person

$100 – OPEN categories 

*Service fee and taxes are not included in the price.

Requirements

 

Have an active DUPR account and sign up in the level that you have in your profile (minimum 10 games, if you have less you can play in the category below or above your score). If you register yourself in a lower category you will be relocated to your level. 

 

2.75 and above – 2.5

2.76 to 3.25 – 3.0

3.26 to 3.75 – 3.5

3.76 to 4.25 – 4.0

4.26 to 4.75 – 4.5

** 4.76 to beyond – OPEN

** Men doubles/mixed rated below 4.76 are not eligible to compete in OPEN categories. Women/mixed may compete in OPEN categories if rated 3.90 or higher. 

Warning

Coolers are not allowed during the event.

 

Refund policy

We will not make reimbursement after April 30, 2026. Before that date you will pay a penalty of $25 per category. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:
There will be no refunds once registered. Only player substitutions will be allowed, provided the replacement players are eligible to compete in the event and category.

This is an outdoor event. If weather conditions prevent us from holding the tournament, no refunds will be issued. The event will be rescheduled for a later date.

Tournament directors reserve the right to eliminate and/or consolidate categories that do not fill. They also reserve the right to cancel or modify events or the schedule as necessary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., insufficient players, weather conditions, etc.). ALL players are required to wear the event jersey.
